A previously-deported illegal alien who was released back into the U.S. by the Biden regime has been charged with forcibly raping his wife’s 8-year-old daughter in the sanctuary state of Massachusetts, according to reports.
On Wednesday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that a detainer has been issued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) against Lorenzo Lopez Alcario, a 30-year-old Guatemalan national.
Alcario was arrested on Saturday in Marlborough, MA, and hit with a slew of charges including aggravated rape of a child while the victim is tied, bound, or gagged, posing or exhibiting a child in a sexual manner, assault and battery, assault, and resisting arrest, MetroWest Daily News reports.
Jessica Machado, an independent journalist who focuses on Massachusetts issues, covered the arraignment hearing on Monday and reported that the victim is Alcario’s daughter, although their exact relationship remains unclear.

Prosecutor Katherine Folger stated that the victim’s mother, who may be married to Alcario, found a video showing the Guatemalan raping the child.
The wife was asked if she is in fear of her husband, who tried to have sex with their daughter, and she said that she doesn't exactly fear him. That her daughter loves her father.

Folger reportedly requested Alcario be held without bail “pending a hearing to determine whether he is a danger to the public” which is scheduled to take place on Friday.
Alcario first entered the U.S. illegally at an unknown date and location before he was arrested in 2017 for possession of a controlled substance in Virginia.
He was taken into ICE custody the next day, ordered deported by a federal immigration judge, and removed from the country by the Trump administration on Sept. 28, 2017.
Incredibly, Alcario reentered the U.S. illegally on June 17, 2022, and was released into the interior under unspecified circumstances.

“Lorenzo Lopez Alcario is a pedophile illegal alien from Guatemala who should’ve never been in the U.S. in the first place. He is being charged with committing a heinous crime—the rape of a child,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
“Despite his previous criminal charges and deportation, President Biden released this barbaric criminal into American communities in 2022. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, ICE lodged a detainer to ensure this criminal illegal alien will not be allowed to terrorize American citizens and will deport this child predator to prevent further victims.”
An investigation and legal proceedings are ongoing.
