A Cuban illegal unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime is facing a slew of charges after a man was stabbed to death in Kentucky last week, authorities have confirmed with Alex Jones Live.
On Sept. 18 at approximately 8:30 a.m., the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) responded to a domestic incident at an apartment building where they learned an injured man had been taken by private vehicle to a local hospital, WDRB reports.
Officers reportedly learned Lazaro David Munoz Soto, 37, was with a female at the residence when another man arrived to take the woman’s children to school.
Witnesses told police Munoz Soto exited the apartment brandishing a knife and approached the other man while he was in his car.
Munoz Soto pounded on the windows until the man exited the vehicle, at which point he was stabbed in the stomach, according to an arrest citation.
The victim was pronounced deceased a short time later.
The woman reportedly told authorities she and Munoz Soto were in an “intimate relationship” but that he had choked her and threatened to kill her hours before the stabbing.
Munoz Soto admitted his involvement in the stabbing during questioning, LMPD says.
He was charged with murder, first-degree assault (domestic violence), second-degree assault (domestic violence), terroristic threatening, and failure to appear.
“On September 18, ICE placed a detainer for Lazaro David Munoz Soto, a criminal illegal alien from Cuba, with the Louisville Metro Police Department. Munoz Soto’s criminal history includes homicide, terroristic threat, domestic violence,and harboring escapee/fugitive. On March 25, ICE arrested Munoz Soto after placing a detainer with the Montgomery County Jail in Dayton, Ohio, two days prior. On June 5, Munoz Soto was released from custody after a judge ordered his release,” a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson told us.
“On June 26, 2024, Border Patrol encountered Munoz Soto after he illegally entered the country through Calexico, California. He was later released by the Biden administration.”
