An illegal alien truck driver who was released into the U.S. by the Biden regime has been arrested for killing at least four Americans in a head-on collision in Indiana this week, authorities say.
The tragedy unfolded at around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday in Jay County.
The driver of an 18-wheeler slowed for traffic while traveling eastbound on State Route 67 when another big rig operator, identified as 30-year-old Bekzhan Beishekeev, failed to reduce his speed in time and swerved into the westbound lane, according to Indiana State Police.
Beishekeev’s 2022 Freightliner slammed into a passenger van traveling in the opposite direction with at least six people onboard.
Henry Eicher, 50, Menno Eicher, 25, and Paul Eicher, 19, were all pronounced deceased at the scene, while Simon Girod, 23, succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
The driver of the van, 55-year-old Donald Stipp, was listed in critical condition at a hospital in Ohio, and a sixth occupant was treated at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for unspecified injuries.
Beishekeev was not injured in the crash, and after spending a short time in Jay County Jail, he was transferred to the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Thursday morning.
“Beishekeev illegally came to the United States using the Biden administration’s disastrous CBP One app and was released into the United States. Even worse, Josh Shapiro’s Pennsylvania issued him a commercial driver’s license,” the Department of Homeland Security explained in a press release.

Reports indicate the van was likely being used as an “Amish taxi” and that Stipp was probably driving the men to/from work, or perhaps on errands or business.
The Eichers were a father and two sons, according to obituaries and local reports. All deceased victims were residents of Indiana.
A crowdfund has been established to help the Stipp family with critical bills during Donald’s recovery.
