Three illegal aliens from Venezuela have been charged in connection with multiple thefts at a Walmart in West Virginia, authorities say.
West Virginia State Police (WVSP) announced the arrests after they were reported in late July.
Deivis Diaz, 23, and Daniel Ramirez, 27, were working for an outside contractor performing flood cleanup in Weston when $21,000 of jewelry was stolen from a secured case in the store, WCHS reports.
A third suspect, identified as 37-year-old Oscar Hernandez, was charged with petit larceny in connection with a separate theft, WVSP said.
Diaz and Ramirez were both charged with grand larceny and conspiracy to commit a felony.
WVSP says some of the stolen property was later recovered.
All three men were unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has revealed.
“THREE Biden-released illegal alien THIEVES have been ARRESTED by ICE,” DHS stated on Friday.
“These three criminal illegal aliens, all from Venezuela, have been charged with larceny after two separate thefts on the same day in West Virginia.”
The suspects are all in ICE custody and will be deported, DHS says.
