One of the victims of a deadly rampage in Georgia this week has been identified as an employee of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which also confirmed that the suspect is a notorious criminal who was not born in the U.S.
The shocking killing spree unfolded on Monday in DeKalb County.
Just before 1 a.m., a woman identified as Prianna Weathers, 31, was shot and killed outside a Checkers restaurant in Decatur.
Approximately an hour later, a homeless man sleeping at a shopping center in Brookhaven was shot and critically wounded by a suspect who opened fire from inside a vehicle, authorities say.
Lauren Bullis, 40, was walking her dog near her home in Brookhaven when a man fatally shot and stabbed her several times just before 7 a.m.
A neighbor who ran out her front door to find out what was happening witnessed the suspect “pulling down the woman’s pants when they made eye contact.”
The assailant fled the scene but was eventually tracked down and arrested in Troup County, Georgia.
The suspect was identified as Olaolukitan Adon Abel, a 26-year-old man who migrated to the U.S. from the U.K. and was naturalized in 2022 under the Biden regime.
Adon Abel was charged with two counts of malice murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
He also has prior convictions for sexual battery, battery against a police officer, obstruction, assault with a deadly weapon, and vandalism.
In April 2025, Adon Abel was arrested for groping four women in Chatham County, Georgia.
