8-Year-Old Girl Killed in Idaho by Illegal Alien Driver With ICE Warrant – Police

An illegal alien with an active federal warrant has been arrested for killing a young girl in Idaho this week, authorities say.

The shocking tragedy unfolded at around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday in Boise.

The victim, who has been identified as 8-year-old Mora Gerety, was reportedly crossing a street in a residential neighborhood when a male suspect driving a pickup truck struck her.

The child was rushed to a local hospital where she succumbed to her injuries hours later.

On Wednesday, the Boise Police Department (BPD) revealed that the suspect is an illegal alien who was wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

“The driver involved in the crash, Elvin Ramos-Caballero, was on scene and cooperated with the investigation. A standard records check of NCIC (National Crime and Information Center), showed Ramos-Caballero had an outstanding federal warrant involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement,” BPD explained in a press release.

“During the course of the investigation last night, because of the warrant, officers contacted U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement who responded and took custody of Ramos-Caballero.”

BPD told local media the warrant was for failure to appear for an immigration hearing.

“This tragedy should have never happened because every crime committed by an illegal alien is a crime that is preventable. Communities across the United States are reckoning with this problem—many that are dealing with the consequences of mass immigration really for the first time,” Theo Wold, former Idaho solicitor general, told Border Hawk.

“Immigration enforcement should be a priority at every level of government, for every official because protecting Americans is their most important duty.”

An investigation is ongoing.

Illegal alien drivers continue to destroy American lives on a near-daily basis.
