Child Sex Assault Charges Against Another Haitian ‘Migrant’ Who Entered US via Biden Flight Program

Another Haitian ‘migrant’ who recently flew into the U.S. via Biden’s CHNV parole program has been charged with sexually assaulting a child in Massachusetts, according to reports.

Akim Marc Desire, 18, was arrested on August 28 in Mansfield, a town in the Boston suburbs.

Desire is accused of molesting a 10-year-old boy and faces a charge of indecent assault and battery on a victim under age 14, sources told reporters Bill Melugin and Ali Bradley.

The Haitian was ordered held on just $500 bond, but was quickly picked up by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and booked into a detention facility on Friday, according to Bradley.

The Biden-Harris regime permitted Desire to enter the United States via the CHNV Program, whereby up to 30,000 otherwise inadmissible citizens of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela are granted Advance Travel Authorizations to fly into American airports every month.

Desire reportedly landed at Miami International Airport on June 4, 2023.

He had listed a sponsor in Boston, MA, on his CHNV application.

On August 23, 2024 — days prior to his arrest — Desire reportedly applied for Temporary Protected Status.

InfoWars will monitor this story as it develops.

In March, another Haitian citizen who entered the U.S. via the CHNV Program was arrested in Massachusetts for raping an underage, disabled victim at a hotel housing illegal aliens.

In August, a Haitian national who illegally crossed the southern border was charged with raping a pregnant woman at a ‘migrant hotel’ in Peabody, MA.
