Texas authorities in the Houston area rescued a 12-year-old Honduran girl who was trafficked across Barack Obama’s open border as a baby in 2014.
She was released to a distant uncle in Houston who sexually abused her before selling her to the Garcia sisters, who allegedly tortured and starved her over a period of time, Fox News reports.
The girl escaped from their home while zip-tied and was found suffering from injuries all over her body, including an infected laceration to the head.
She told authorities she was beaten with spiked belt, starved, tied to a chair, and forced to sleep on the floor.
