An illegal alien from Cuba whose criminal history spans years and states has been charged with murder in Florida decades after he was ordered removed from the U.S.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just released immigration and criminal background on William Serrano Domenech, a 49-year-old suspect currently in custody in Miami-Dade County.
On Aug. 17, Serrano Domenech reportedly approached a witness and began socializing with them before Raul Aballe, 42, also entered the conversation.
Serrano Domenech reportedly became ‘jealous’ of Aballe and attacked him.
The Cuban then drew a handgun from his fanny pack and shot Aballe in the stomach before fleeing the scene, according to an arrest affidavit reviewed by local media.
Aballe subsequently died from his injuries.
Serrano Domenech reportedly admitted to shooting Aballe after he was taken into custody the following day.
The Cuban was charged with second-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Additionally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer against Serrano Domenech.
“Serrano Domenech’s criminal history includes a conviction for weapon offense and arrests for vehicle theft, burglary, driving without a license, and driving with a suspended license in Florida, as well as prior arrests for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, and bribery of a witness in New Mexico, arrests for unlawful possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, and theft in Tennessee, and convictions for possession with intent to distribute 5 grams or more of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute an unknown quality of marijuana, possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, possession of a firearm by an illegal alien, and felon in possession of a firearm in Michigan,” DHS explained in a statement.
Serrano Domenech is being held without bond at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
“This criminal illegal alien is charged with second-degree murder after the fatal shooting of Raul Aballe in Miami-Dade County,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin.
“He has a rap sheet a mile long, with prior convictions in Florida and Michigan for drug trafficking and illegal possession of a firearm, as well as prior arrests in New Mexico and Tennessee for aggravated assault, theft, and resisting arrest. his dangerous criminal should have never been in our country, and had it not been for the Biden Administration releasing him from ICE custody in 2023, Raul Aballe would still be alive.”

Serrano Domenech claims he illegally entered the U.S. in 1995.
He was issued a final order of removal in 2002.
Serrano Domenech was taken into ICE custody in 2023, but the Biden regime released him back to the streets.
