Deranged Suspect Chases, Damages ICE Vehicle During Worksite Enforcement in Texas

A suspect on probation was arrested after he damaged a federal vehicle and “aggressively pursued” immigration agents on a road in Texas this week, authorities say.

The shocking incident unfolded on Wednesday in Humble, located on the outskirts of Houston.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents were conducting worksite enforcement at a tire shop in the city when the owner’s son, identified as 22-year-old Sergio Olivares, reportedly arrived and confronted them.

After agents left the business, Olivares proceeded to recklessly and dangerous pursue them and then “struck one of the vehicles as it stopped at a traffic light,” Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman told Breitbart Texas.

Constable deputies arrived and quickly took Olivares into custody.

“Sergio Olivares was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Mischief. His bond was set at $500.00 out of County Court 16,” Constable Herman stated.

“The liberal Democrat district attorney’s office would not accept any charges of more serious crimes. We will be getting with federal authorities and the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas to pursue additional charges for interference with federal agents.”

Olivares was reportedly on probation for a felony drug charge at the time of his latest arrest.

An investigation is ongoing.

Illegal aliens and radical leftists have become increasingly brazen in their resistance to immigration law enforcement.
