Up to 75 illegals whose home countries refuse to take them back will be sent to the Republic of Palau, population ~18,000.
In exchange, the Trump admin has committed $7.5 million to “address the needs of relevant Palau public services,” the State Department announced last week.
“The United States and Palau also signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the transfer of third-country nationals with no known criminal histories who will have various employment opportunities to help meet Palau’s need for workers in a variety of occupations.”
