An illegal alien unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime has been charged with committing horrific sex crimes against a minor in Tennessee.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has provided Border Hawk with immigration background on Pablo Altamirano Rodriguez, a 30-year-old Mexican national.
On July 31, the Carter County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) received a cyber tip about an ongoing incident involving an adult male sexually exploiting a child on a social media livestream.
CCSO investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in Elizabethton and took Altamirano Rodriguez into custody on Aug. 2.
He was charged with especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and booked into Carter County Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
“Altamirano-Rodriguez, 30, illegally entered the United States in 2023 without inspection under the Biden ‘catch and release’ era,” an ICE spokesperson told us.
“ICE lodged an immigration detainer with local officials following his arrest. When he’s released from jail, ICE will assume custody pending his removal proceedings.”
An investigation is ongoing.
