Federal immigration authorities are pursuing multiple suspected pedophiles who are being held at the same jail in Central Virginia, Border Hawk can exclusively report.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed that three inmates facing nearly two dozen child sex crimes are in the U.S. illegally.
All three suspects were arrested in late July and are currently incarcerated at Middle River Regional Jail in Staunton, an independent city roughly 40 miles west of Charlottesville.
Bayron Jose De Paz-Lopez, 31
De Paz-Lopez is a citizen of Mexico who was unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime after illegally crossing the border into Arizona in 2021. He has been charged with attempted sex offenses and NINE counts of solicitation of a child under 15.
Santos Bautista-Molina, 40
Bautista-Molina is a citizen of Honduras who illegally crossed the southern border into Texas in 2005. He has been charged with attempted sex offenses and NINE counts of solicitation of a child under 15.
Efren Ramirez Escobedo, 48
Ramirez Escobedo is a citizen of Mexico who snuck into the U.S. at an unknown location and date. He has been charged with forcible intercourse and sexual assault of a victim between the ages of 13 and 14.

“ICE has lodged detainers for three illegal aliens accused of sex crimes against children, all being held at the same jail in Staunton, Virginia,” DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin told Border Hawk.
“DHS is calling on Governor Abigail Spanberger and her fellow sanctuary politicians to commit to not releasing these criminals from jail and to instead hand them over to ICE. Under Spanberger, the Commonwealth of Virginia has become a magnet for illegal alien crime. These reckless sanctuary policies are putting American lives at risk.”
