A Haitian suspect who was unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime is facing a slew of disturbing charges for sexually assaulting two women in Utah in recent weeks, authorities say.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has provided Border Hawk with immigration history on Moise Sainteran, 37, who was arrested in Salt Lake County over the weekend.
On July 18, a 20-year-old woman contacted authorities to say she had been raped by Sainteran at his residence after a night out at local bars, according to court documents reviewed by ABC4.
She claimed she repeatedly told him to stop, but he forced himself upon her.
During questioning, Sainteran initially denied having sexual intercourse with the victim, but later admitted that he had, while claiming it had been consensual.
For reasons that remain unclear, Sainteran remained on the loose until he was accused of raping another woman on Aug. 1.
The victim told police she had fallen asleep on Sainteran’s bed but woke up to him raping her.
He told officers the intercourse had been mutual and that he and the woman had been “kissing all night.”
On Sunday, Sainteran was arrested and charged with two counts of rape, two counts of forcible sexual abuse, forcible sodomy, object rape, and aggravated sexual assault.
Additionally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer against Sainteran, who is in the U.S. illegally.
He was first paroled into the U.S. and given work authorization in 2023 under the Biden Administration’s Haitian Humanitarian Parole program.
The Trump Administration terminated the Haiti parole program on April 24, 2025, but Sainteran chose to remain in the country illegally.
“This illegal alien has been charged with sexually assaulting two women,” a DHS spokesperson told Border Hawk.
“He was paroled into our country by the Biden Administration’s Haitian parole program, which the Trump Administration ended last year. ICE is asking officials in Salt Lake County to not release this criminal from jail, and to turn him over to ICE custody so we can remove him from our country.”
