A South American illegal alien unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime is facing disturbing sex crimes charges in Utah, federal authorities say.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) provided Border Hawk with immigration history on Juan Carlos Bisamon Tovar, a 24-year-old Venezuelan national who is currently behind bars in Salt Lake County on charges of sodomy of a child and enticing a minor – second-degree felony sexual activity.
The FBI’s Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force became aware of communications being exchanged between Bisamon Tovar and a 13-year-old boy in which the Venezuelan was requesting oral sex from the child with knowledge of his age, ABC4 reports.
Bisamon Tovar arranged a meeting but was unaware that federal agents were surveilling him.
When he arrived to the West Valley location on foot, he was taken into custody.
Bisamon Tovar reportedly admitted to communicating with the victim but stated that he is HIV-positive and was only planning to “educate” the child on the “dangers of meeting people online” and the risks of HIV.
The Venezuelan has also been charged with failure to stop at command of law enforcement.
“On September 24, 2026, ICE lodged a detainer for Juan Carlos Bisamon Tovar, a criminal illegal alien from Venezuela, charged with sodomy on a child and enticing a minor for first degree felony sexual activity,” a DHS spokesperson told us.
“We are calling on Utah to honor our detainer. On November 11, 2023, he was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration. All of his claims will be heard by an immigration judge and he will receive due process.”
