Federal immigration authorities removed another wave of illegal aliens with shocking criminal records from the U.S. last week.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) provided Border Hawk with photographs, nationalities, and criminal histories for five of the worst offenders deported by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) between Aug. 24 and 27, all of whom were in the U.S. illegally.
Heriton Aredes | Brazil
Aredes has convictions for assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, operating recklessly, and use of motor vehicle without authority, and an arrest for motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation.
He was previously deported in 2008 but reentered the U.S. at an unknown location and date.
Juan Hortencio Palacios-Gomez | Honduras
Palacios-Gomez has convictions for felony domestic abuse – child endangerment, cruelty to juveniles, domestic abuse – battery by strangulation, and simple kidnapping, and arrests for possession of Schedule II narcotics, reckless operation of a vehicle, simple battery, theft of a motor vehicle, resisting an officer, and speeding.
He was previously deported in 2024 but reentered the U.S. at an unknown location and date.
Joel Garcia-Lopez | Mexico
Garcia-Lopez has convictions for battery against a public safety official and public intoxication, and arrests for operating vehicle while intoxicated.
He illegally entered the U.S. at an unknown location and date.
Razi A. Butt | Pakistan
Butt has convictions for robbery, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and disorderly conduct.
He legally entered the U.S. in 2000 but stayed after the period of authorization ended in 2001. In 2013, a federal immigration judge ordered him removed, but he apparently remained in the country until his deportation on Aug. 26.
Jacsaint Florvil | Haiti
Florvil has a conviction for domestic violence.
He illegally crossed the southern border into Arizona in 2021 but was released into the interior by the Biden regime.
“Last week, the hard-working men and women of ICE deported more illegal aliens from our country, including child abusers, kidnappers, and robbers,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin.
“With so many illegal aliens deported from our country under President Trump’s leadership, it’s no wonder that crime rates have fallen to historic lows. The Trump Administration will never apologize for deporting illegal aliens and putting American citizens first.”
