Several Cuban citizens unleashed into the U.S. by the Biden regime were arrested during a human trafficking investigation in Middle Tennessee.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) just provided Border Hawk with key immigration information on three men who were apprehended on June 10 and 11 in an operation led by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).
In total, five suspects were taken into custody and nine possible victims were rescued in the Sumner County area.
While two of the defendants are U.S. citizens, the rest are Cuban nationals who are illegally present in the U.S. — at least two of whom were living in Florida.
ICE has identified the Cubans as follows:

Bryan Duany Rodriguez-Pena, 27
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encountered Rodriguez-Pena as part of a group of 11 people who illegally crossed the Rio Grande into the U.S. on June 5, 2021.

Alinson Guerrero-Ramirez, 27
In 2023, Guerrero-Ramirez arrived at the port of entry in Brownsville, Texas, and was issued a notice to appear by CBP, who paroled him into the U.S. under the Biden administration’s catch-and-release policy

Lazaro Rodriguez-Santos, 32
U.S. Border Patrol encountered Rodriguez-Santos after he illegally crossed the border in November 2021 near Yuma, Arizona.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged detainers against all three men, who are each facing charges for Promoting Prostitution.
“Human trafficking is a cruel crime that exploits vulnerable people for profit,” said acting ICE Director David J. Venturella.
“By working alongside our federal, state and local law enforcement partners, ICE is helping dismantle criminal organizations, protecting victims, and helping hold criminal illegal aliens accountable for exploiting others.”
