A previously-deported illegal alien who was allowed to stay in the U.S. by the Biden regime has been charged for sexually assaulting an underage girl in Utah.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed that Conrrado Ahuexoteco Atrisco, 24, is in the U.S. illegally following his arrest last week in Park City, a world-renowned ski resort town that hosts the Sundance Film Festival.
On Feb. 25, a 14-year-old Park City High School student told a school resource officer that she had been sexually assaulted by an adult male while at a friend’s house.
“The next day, police interviewed the victim at the Summit County Children’s Justice Center, where she said that she went to her friend’s house, which was located near the high school. She was laying in her friend’s bed watching TikTok videos when her friend’s 24-year-old ex-boyfriend came over and asked if he could watch the videos with her,” ABC 4 reports.
“She said yes, and he got on the bed with her. However, then he started hugging her and trying to cuddle, which is when she told him no and said that she did not want to be touched. He allegedly pulled her sweatpants down and began to sexually assault her.”
The victim reportedly managed to break free and told her friend what had happened, prompting an argument between the alleged ex-couple and a physical altercation that ended with Atrisco being kicked out of the house.
Park City police obtained a search warrant for Atrisco’s DNA, but when they encountered him, he allegedly indicated his name was “Jose” and that he lived at another residence.
However, officers later observed Atrisco enter the apartment they believed to be his mother’s and he was taken into custody.
During questioning, Atrisco claimed he could not remember the last time he had been at the home where the alleged assault took place and denied ever touching the victim in an inappropriate manner.
Atrisco was arrested on suspicion of forcible sexual abuse and providing false information to a peace officer.
In the probable cause affidavit, an arresting officer reportedly urged Atrisco be held without bail as he “does not appear to have legal status.”
When Border Hawk contacted the Summit County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) to obtain information about Atrisco last week, we were completely stonewalled.
“I’m not going to be able to give you any information on this,” an SCSO deputy told our reporter, claiming it was “policy” to withhold basic details about suspects in-custody that are typically made public by other law enforcement agencies.
The deputy even declined to provide Atrisco’s date of birth, which DHS had requested from us in order to probe his immigration status.
Additionally, when we asked the deputy why the inmate search doesn’t work on the SCSO website, he had no explanation.
We advised DHS of SCSO’s lack of transparency following the call.
Our suspicions in this case have been confirmed:

On Monday, DHS revealed key details about Atrisco’s immigration history.
“Atrisco and his mother previously entered the U.S. illegally near the Sonora desert and were arrested and removed by U.S. Border Patrol. Atrisco re-entered the country again, a felony, only to have the Biden administration mark his immigration case as a non-enforcement priority,” DHS stated in a press release.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer against Atrisco.
“These are the kinds of predators sanctuary politicians are protecting by refusing to cooperate with ICE law enforcement. We have requested Utah authorities not release this pedophile and sexual predator from their jail without notifying ICE,” said DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis.
“These types of monsters have no place in American communities. Under President Trump, we will continue to fight for the arrest and removal of criminal illegal aliens to protect American families.”
