Illegal Alien Arrested for Beheading Dallas Motel Manager in Front of His Family

An illegal alien released into the U.S. by the Biden regime has been charged with capital murder in the gruesome beheading of a man in front of his family at a Texas motel, according to reports.

The horrifying incident unfolded on Wednesday morning in Dallas.

Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, 37, became embroiled in an argument with his boss, 50-year-old Chandra Nagamallaiah, at the Downtown Suites motel.

Nagamallaiah, who managed the motel, reportedly went to a room being cleaned by Cobos-Martinez and a female colleague to notify them a washing machine had broken down and that they should not use it.

Cobos-Martinez was irritated that Nagamallaiah asked the female to “translate the communication instead of speaking to him directly,” she told police.

Cobos-Martinez left the room, returned with a machete, and launched a vicious assault on Nagamallaiah, who fled towards the hotel office, investigators say.

Nagamallaiah’s wife and son were in the office and tried to intervene, but Cobos-Martinez continued the barbaric attack, pausing only to remove his victim’s cell phone and key card from his pocket.

Eventually, Nagamallaiah’s head “was removed from his body,” a detective wrote in charging documents.

“The suspect then kicked the head twice into the parking lot and proceeded to pick it up and carry it to the dumpster and put it inside.”

Surveillance footage obtained by Illegal Alien Crimes appears to show Cobos-Martinez calmly retrieve the head, toss it into the garbage, and exit the premises as a Dallas Fire Department ambulance arrives at the scene.

Cobos-Martinez was quickly apprehended and reportedly admitted to the crime in an interview with authorities.

He has been charged with capital murder and is also being held on a ICE detainer.

Federal authorities have confirmed Cobos-Martinez is a citizen of Cuba who is in the U.S. illegally.

“I’m told YORDANIS COBOS-MARTINEZ was released from ICE custody by the Biden admin on 1/13/2025, one week before Trump took office, due to ‘no significant likelihood of removal in the foreseeable future,'” Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin reported on Thursday.

“The Biden admin didn’t believe they could enforce his deportation order and remove him because Cuba doesn’t cooperate, and they did not conduct third party country deportations the way the Trump administration does.”

Cobos-Martinez was arrested in 2017 for attempting to carjack a woman while naked in South Lake Tahoe, CA.

In 2018, he was reportedly charged with indecency with a child and assault causing bodily injury in Harris County, TX.
