On Dec 28th, USBP agents in EL Paso, TX arrested Juan Luis GUERRERO-Navarrete, a wanted subject with an outstanding warrant out of Dallas, TX for a hit and run. GUERRERO was processed for illegal re-entry and will face prosecution.
