The Department of Justice (DOJ) unsealed a federal criminal complaint against Taylor Ryan Prigmore, 30.

Prigmore is accused of posting threats of violence on YouTube videos between May 9, 2025, and Jan 17, 2026.

  • “Prep yourself to kill federal agents.”
  • “I am prepping physically and mentally to kill federal agents.”
  • “Our presidents needs to die to save lives. sex slaves, lynchings, rapes, disappearances and murders, are being perpetrated by ICE in the open now. I intend to kill these people as law has abandon justice here.”
  • “Buy guns. Kill ICE”

Google reportedly alerted the FBI about the comments on Jan. 17.

On Jan. 19, Prigmore was charged by complaint with communicating a threat through interstate commerce and FBI agents took him into custody on the same day.

“This individual allegedly made statements that he would kill ICE agents and others. If you threaten to harm law enforcement officers, the FBI and our partners will find you and hold you accountable,” said FBI Director Kash Patel.

“There will be no free passes for threats against the hard-working men and women who wear the badge and protect our communities.”

On Jan. 20, Prigmore made an appearance before a U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma and was ordered detained pending trial.

He faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.
