A Guatemalan man who illegally entered the U.S. during the Biden era as an underage ‘migrant’ has been charged with assaulting a woman in Florida, authorities say.
The disturbing incident unfolded at a mobile home last weekend in Martin County.
Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies were called to a residence in Hobe Sound where they found Noel Gerardo Niz-Marroquin, 19, suffering from stab wounds, Fox 35 reports.
A pregnant woman at the scene told investigators Niz-Marroquin had beaten her repeatedly before she grabbed a kitchen knife to defend herself.
Niz-Marroquin was treated for non-life-threatening injuries before being arrested and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement lodged a detainer against Niz-Marroquin.
The Guatemalan illegally crossed the southern border on March 14, 2022, but was released into the country by the Biden regime.

“What kind of depraved individual beats up a pregnant woman?” stated a senior DHS official.
“Criminal illegal aliens who endanger and victimize the most vulnerable in our society must never be allowed to remain free to harm American citizens. ICE’s swift actions to issue an arrest detainer ensure this individual is NEVER allowed to terrorize American communities again.”
