Shock Video: Illegals With Suspected MS-13 Ties Ambush Scooter Rider During Vicious Gang-Style Attack in Baltimore

Two illegal aliens with suspected ties to MS-13 have been arrested in connection with a brutal mob attack that left one man seriously injured in Maryland last weekend, according to reports.

The shocking incident unfolded on Saturday in Baltimore.

Surveillance footage shows the victim, identified as a 20-year-old male, riding a scooter down a busy street near Patterson Park in the Canton neighborhood when suspects on scooters and mopeds knock him off his vehicle and pounce on him in the street.

The victim can be seen trying to run away from at least five assailants but they catch up to him on a sidewalk and proceed to punch, kick, and stab him as horrified bystanders look on.

The suspects dumped the victim in a crosswalk and one even ran the man over with his two-wheeler while fleeing the scene.

On Tuesday, the Baltimore Police Department announced that two brothers had been arrested in connection with the attack.

Winston Rivero-Aliendo, 23, and Wilson Rivero-Aliendo, 27, have been charged with attempted first-degree murder and second-degree murder along with several counts of assault.

Additionally, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has lodged detainers against both men.

Winston told investigators he used a screwdriver to stab the victim multiple times, according to charging documents reviewed by Fox45 News.

The brothers reportedly claim the moped being ridden by the victim had been stolen from them and that they were exacting vigilante justice to take it back.

The victim told authorities he had “purchased a motor scooter from Facebook Marketplace three days” prior to the attack before learning it had been stolen.

The brothers are both in the U.S. illegally, although their country of origin and immigration histories remain unclear.

In February, the State Department designated Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.
