Israel Flores Ortiz, 19, was enrolled at Fairfax High School where he sexually assaulted numerous underage girls as young as 13, often by grabbing their private parts on school premises.
In March, Flores Ortiz was convicted of nine counts of assault and battery and faced up to nine years in prison, but was sentenced to just six months.
On Aug. 10, a federal immigration judge ordered Flores Ortiz removed from the U.S.
Fairfax County authorities deemed his “sentenced served” and scheduled him for release on Sept. 3, but in a rare move, they honored an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer against Flores Ortiz.
“On Aug. 31, ICE officers arrested Israel Flores-Ortiz following his release from the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Flores-Ortiz had been in the FCADC since March 25 serving his sentence for sexually assaulting nine high-school students,” a DHS spokesperson told us.
Flores-Ortiz illegally entered the United States in 2024 and was unleashed into the country by the Biden regime.
The Salvadoran remains in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
