A criminal illegal alien busted in an operation targeting child sex predators was advised by a Florida cop that he will be kicked out of the U.S. after facing prosecution and possible prison time.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) just released footage of the arrest of Jose Malagon, a 34-year-old Mexican national.

JSO and the U.S. Marshals Service recently conducted Operation Checkmate, a multi-day campaign targeting those using the Internet to solicit children for sex.

“Jose Malagon used an online site to chat with two different people who he thought were teenage girls and solicited them for sex. Instead, on the other end of the conversations were our detectives. Malagon initially agreed to meet the ‘teen’ but did not travel,” JSO explained in statement.

On June 25, JSO officers served a warrant for Malagon’s arrest in Neptune Beach.

Malagon violently resisted apprehension but was eventually taken into custody.

While being searched and placed into a patrol car, an officer asked Malagon if he had ever been to prison before.

Malagon confirmed that he had served time in Georgia for DUI.

“Guess what? You’re going back. Then you’re going back to your home country,” the officer asserted.

A smirking Malagon made an incoherent statement about incarceration being like “vacation,” and also made a reference to President Trump.

“You’re going back to prison and then your home country,” the officer reiterated.

A total of 30 men were arrested during Operation Checkmate, six of whom were illegal aliens.
