An illegal alien rideshare driver unleashed by the Biden regime is facing charges in multiple states for sexual attacks on underage girls this year, authorities say.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has shared disturbing background information on Abdoulaye Dia, who was most recently arrested in the sanctuary state of Maryland.
On Sept. 15, Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) officers were dispatched to a local hospital to investigate a reported rape of a female under the age of 18.
The victim told authorities she had been sexually assaulted by an Empower rideshare driver in a parking lot in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Dia was arrested the following day in Lanham and charged with first-degree rape, kidnapping, second-degree assault and third-degree sex offense, MCPD says.
Incredibly, Dia was apparently charged with similar crimes against an underage victim in New York City in June.
“On June 10, NYPD arrested and charged Abdoulaye Dia, a criminal alien from Guinea, for sexual abuse by forcible compulsion, forcible touching – sexual/intimate parts of another person, injure child less than 17,and sexual abuse without consent,” DHS explained in a statement to Border Hawk.
Dia was apparently released by authorities in the sanctuary city for reasons that remain unclear.
He was apprehended after illegally crossing the southern border in December 2023 into Lukeville, Arizona, but was released into the interior.

Dia is now being held without bond at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit.
MCPD detectives believe there may be more victims and are asking anyone with helpful information to contact them.
