An illegal alien has been charged with horrific sex crimes against a child in Louisiana, authorities say.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) just highlighted a case against Miguel Adan Lux Pu, a 33-year-old male from Guatemala.
On Sept. 18, the Berwick Police Department responded to a complaint of alleged sexual abuse of a preteen victim at a residence in the city, KQKI reports.
Lux Pu reportedly admitted to having sexual intercourse multiple times with the child, who is related to him.
The Guatemalan was arrested and charged with five counts of first-degree rape involving a victim under the age of 13.
Lux Pu was previously deported but said he reentered the U.S. roughly five or six years ago.

ICE has lodged a detainer against the Guatemalan.
“Our message to those who prey on children is CLEAR: We will hunt you down, arrest you, and DEPORT you,” ICE stated.
Lux Pu is being held in Berwick Jail without bond, according to the latest available updates.
