Colorado Sheriff Released Biden Illegal Suspected of Raping Boss’s 14-Year-Old Daughter Despite ICE Detainer

Federal authorities were forced to track down a suspected Venezuelan child rapist who was released by a Colorado sheriff’s office that ignored a hold request from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), according to reports.

On Nov. 19, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) arrested 20-year-old Jesus Alberto Pereira Castillo after nearly three months on the run.

Pereira Castillo had been hiding out in the sanctuary city of Denver following an alleged rape that took place at his boss’s home, as InfoWars reported at the time.

The Venezuelan was renting space in the basement of the house when he forced himself upon his employer’s 14-year-old daughter one night in August.

JCSO deputies found the girl injured and crying when they arrived. She had attempted to fight off the suspected predator during the attack, which lasted roughly 10 minutes.

Pereira Castillo was charged with sexual assault of a child and held on just $5,000 bond.

Eight days later, the Venezuelan posted bond and was set loose by JCSO, despite ICE lodging a detainer against him.

“The feds then had to search for him in the community and successfully collared him at a later undisclosed date, Homeland Security sources revealed. He was in ICE custody by December, according to court documents,” the New York Post reported on Friday.

Sources tell the Post that Pereira Castillo has been ordered deported, is being held at an ICE detention center in Denver, and could be flown back to Venezuela very soon.

Pereira Castillo illegally crossed the southern border into El Paso, TX, in 2023, and was caught by U.S. Border Patrol which quickly released him into the interior.

He reportedly told agents he planned to head to Orlando but somehow ended up in the sanctuary state of Colorado instead, joining tens of thousands of illegals who flocked to the Denver area during the Biden years.

Months prior to the alleged rape, Pereira Castillo was arrested in Colorado for allegedly possessing tools for forgery and/or counterfeiting and larceny.
