Officials in sanctuary jurisdictions are allowing open borders militants to wage war against federal immigration agents who could lose their lives if violence continues to escalate, prominent attorney Mike Davis has warned.
“You’re going to start seeing ICE agents seriously hurt and maybe even killed by these activists. That can’t happen, and if that happens, that’s when we’re going to have to drop the hammer on these sanctuary cities, including these governors and these mayors and other politicians who are harboring illegal aliens,” Davis told Border Hawk.
“Just because you’re a politician, you don’t get to harbor illegals and violate federal felony statutes. It’s also a federal crime to assault federal law enforcement, or to aid and abet in that assault on federal law enforcement.”

Davis, who founded the Article III Project to “fearlessly protect the rule of law,” says U.S. attorneys across the country need to become “much more aggressive” about prosecuting violent radicals and sanctuary officials.
“These U.S. attorneys need to step up and do their jobs. They are wimps, and we will start calling them out by name at the Article III Project if they don’t start doing their damn jobs. They’re certainly not the candidates we would consider to be bold and fearless judges if they can’t take down people who are assaulting federal law enforcement officers,” he said.
Davis believes Marxist bureaucrats and unelected judges are using mass migration to overwhelm and damage the United States, as they have done to much of Europe.
They “think they can take away We the People’s sovereign power to control our population and control our border. That is unacceptable, it is a red line, and it cannot happen,” he asserted.
“If these politicians want a country to turn into Bosnia and Balkanize and fall apart, that’s how you do it. You mass import people, tens of millions of people from all over the world, you don’t have them assimilate, and you destroy our country.”
America should only welcome a very limited number of people who share our values, want to fully assimilate, and add value to our society.
We must expel everyone else immediately.
Especially Islamists.

Davis says it is imperative for all illegal aliens to be removed from the U.S., no matter how many are actually here.
“Every one of them should be gone, 50 million, whatever the numbers is — if you are here illegally, you should be gone. We should prioritize the violent ones, the most dangerous ones, but they should all be gone,” he said.
“I used to have a lot of compassion for people who wanted to come to our country. Maybe 10 years ago I may have turned a blind eye to some illegals who came here who just wanted to work. I have zero compassion for them anymore.”
“There is a lawful way to come through the process. No one likes line-skippers. These people are line-skippers. They didn’t go through the process. There should be no more amnesty. We should get these people the hell out of our country,” Davis stated.
