A Venezuelan illegal alien with a lengthy rap sheet and alleged ties to Tren de Aragua was charged with “sexually motivated robbery” of a prosecutor who works under Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, according to reports.

The incident unfolded at around 2 a.m. on Sunday in New York City.

The victim, a Manhattan assistant district attorney, had just returned to her apartment building when she was ambushed by the suspect, who had apparently been following her.

“The sicko grabbed what the prosecutor believed to be a gun from his pocket and demanded cash as he cornered her in the building’s stairwell,” the New York Post reports, citing Assistant District Attorney Devin Horzempa.

The suspect snatched the woman’s valuables and cell phone, then “began masturbating towards the victim for a period of several moments” before fleeing the scene, Horzempa said in court.

Authorities tracked the stolen device and arrested a suspect at the Row NYC, a large hotel in Midtown Manhattan which has been housing illegal aliens for some time.

Viral News NYC first reported on the apprehension when details were scant.

The suspect has been identified as Brandon Jesus Simoza Seijas (alias: Brandon Simosa), a 25-year-old Venezuelan citizen who illegally entered the U.S. last year.

Simoza Seijas was apprehended by U.S. Border Patrol in October, 2023, in Eagle Pass, TX.

He was served with a notice to appear before a federal immigration judge at a future date and released into the interior.

Simoza Seijas made his way to the Big Apple, where he has now been arrested at least seven times, according to the Post.

Prior charges include domestic assault, transit fare evasion, and multiple counts of grand larceny.

Authorities also believe he is tied to the ultra-violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, which has been wreaking havoc across New York City in recent years.

Simoza Seijas is now facing a slew of new charges, including sexually motivated robbery, grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property.
