Authorities in New York City have arrested a man accused of molesting two young sisters staying at a ‘migrant shelter’ where he was working as a security guard, according to reports.

The disturbing incident unfolded at around 7 p.m. on Monday evening on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

The girls, ages 8 and 11, were playing in a hallway at the shelter when they were allegedly approached by 38-year-old Oscar Delgado.

The victims told their mother Delgado first grabbed the buttocks of the older girl and tried to jam his hand in her pants, sources informed the New York Post.

“The sicko then allegedly turned to the younger sister, touching her vagina over her clothing,” police told the paper.

The girls’ mother called 911 after learning about the alleged attack and Delgado was taken into custody.

He is facing a slew of charges, including sexual abuse, forcible touching, and acting in a manner injurious to a child, authorities say.

The controversial ’emergency shelter’ was established at the former New York Institute of Technology’s Riverside Terrace Residence Hall in 2023.
