Leading country artist Zach Bryan blasted federal immigration enforcement in a new song that could be released soon.
The Grammy Award-winning musician and U.S. Navy veteran just posted a teaser for a track reportedly called “Bad News” on Instagram with the caption, “the fading of the red white and blue.”
Bryan’s lyrics seem to include the following dig at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE):
ICE is gonna come bust down your door
Try to build a house, no builds no more
Well I got a telephone
Kids are all scared and all alone
The middle finger is rising
It won’t stop showing
I’ve got some bad news
The fading of the red, white, and blue
The singer-songwriter, who says he doesn’t necessarily view himself as a country artist, previously counter-signaled the generally conservative political leanings his fans after crowds chanted “F**k Joe Biden” at his concerts.
“I told people if I heard it, I would stop it immediately. Don’t come to my shows and start it. But they do it anyway,” Bryan told the New York Times in 2022, describing himself as a “total libertarian.”
In 2023, Bryan weighed in on the boycott of Bud Light amid a massive backlash against the company’s decision to feature male transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney as a face of the brand.
“I just think insulting transgender people is completely wrong because we live in a country where we can all just be who we want to be It’s a great day to be alive I thought,” Bryan wrote on X in a post that no longer exists since he deleted his account.
“And yo I don’t support transgender people attacking swimmers I just have family transitioning and have blood to defend here No one threaten me pls.”
Last month, Bryan performed in front of more than 112,000 people at Michigan Stadium, which was reportedly the largest ticketed concert audience in U.S. history.
Assaults on ICE officers are up 1,000% over last year as illegal aliens and radical leftists become increasingly brazen in their resistance to immigration law enforcement.
