Suspects tied to the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) have been arrested in connection with a brutal execution and child kidnapping in Texas, according to reports.
The incident unfolded in the Dallas suburbs in late August, but authorities only recently caught up with three of the suspects in Colorado and New Mexico.
The body of Nilzult Petit, 33, was found on a street in Irving, TX, on August 24.
Shortly after, two young children related to Petit were rescued while wandering on Interstate 35 in Lewisville, TX, Fox 4 reported on Tuesday.
Investigators suspect that Petit, who was also reportedly apart of TdA, was abducted by four fellow gang members, taken to an apartment in Farmers Branch, and shot in the head before the kids were driven away and released, unharmed, approximately 10 miles away.
Authorities believe Petit was apart of a nationwide ATM theft operation and was killed for failing to pay his collaborators.
“Carlos Luis Zambrano Bolivar, 25, and Jhonata Nahin Toro Gonzalez, 22, were arrested by ICE in Aurora, Colorado, where alleged gang activity has played an outsized role in politics,” Fox 4 reports.
“Ehiker Alexander Morales Mendoza, 38, was found and arrested by U.S. Homeland Security in Las Cruces, New Mexico.”
Jhonny Jesus Martinez Serrano, 29, believed to be the fourth suspect, remains at large.

While the immigration statuses of the victim and suspects have not been made public, it is likely most of them entered the U.S. illegally or under pathways opened by the Biden-Harris regime.
