Violent Illegals Ram, Assault ICE Officers Across US

SHARE:

Dangerous illegal aliens continue to violently resist federal immigration officers as the Trump administration ramps up efforts to apprehend the “worst of the worst” across the U.S.

Federal agencies just announced three separate incidents involving illegals who attacked law enforcement while being taken into custody.

Sioux City, Iowa: Raul Torres Olivares, an illegal alien from Mexico, rammed his vehicle into an SUV belonging to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) before attempting to flee on foot.

Torres Olivares was issued a final order of removal in 2023 and has pending charges for forgery, as well as prior charges or convictions for voluntary manslaughter, cruelty toward a child, and multiple traffic and licensing crimes.

ICE is now pursuing felony criminal charges for illegal re-entry of an aggravated felon and for assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers.

Massachusetts: Luis Armando Ramirez Acevedo, an illegal alien from Guatemala, resisted arrest after attempting to flee on foot from ICE Boston officers.

Ramirez Acevedo has lengthy rap sheet than includes charges for assault with dangerous weapon, home invasion, assault on family/household member, DUI, possession of class B drug, assault and battery to collect debt, and intimidation.

“This violent criminal was out on the streets thanks to Marlborough District Court failing to honor an immigration detainer, once again displaying the embarrassing failure of sanctuary policies which put law abiding citizens in danger,” ICE Boston explained in a statement.

Los Angeles, California: A Guatemalan national struck a U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) agent during a targeted enforcement operation in the City of Angels.

“Not only is he getting deported, but he also now faces federal assault charges!” stated USBP Chief Michael Banks.

Illegal aliens and radical leftists have become increasingly violent in their resistance to immigration law enforcement.

“Thanks to rhetoric by sanctuary politicians and encouragement of illegal aliens to evade arrest, our officers are facing a 1,300% increase in assaults against them, a 3,200% increase in vehicular attacks, and an 8,000% increase in death threats against them. Secretary Noem has been clear: anyone who assaults law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin recently warned.
