On 1/3, USBP agents in El Paso, TX arrested Luis Sanchez Lopez, a Mexican national and Latin Kings gang member with a violent criminal history.
Previously convicted of aggravated battery in Colorado and serving 16 years, he now faces prosecution for illegal re-entry.
