A Florida man was arrested for posting a slew of death threats against federal immigration officers on social media, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Joseph Giancola Jr. was taken into custody on Thursday during a predawn raid at a home in Cape Coral, Florida.
Homeland Security Investigations agents used a battering ram to force entry to the residence, which is reportedly owned by Giancola’s daughter, Anna.
A woman can be heard yelling at agents in the front yard during the operation.

On Friday, DHS announced that Giancola had been threatening to kill Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Bluesky, an X alternative popular with radical leftists.
Giancola is accused of operating under the pseudonym “Cain Delon” and writing the following statements:
- “Shoot the ICE Nazis down like the rabid dogs they are”
- “Just get a gun and shoot the ICE Nazis down”
- “Start by shooting ice thugs dead”
- “Shoot those ice thugs dead”
- “Shoot the ICE agents down”
- “They come near me, and I shoot to kill. Be warned”
- “Shoot these thugs dead”
- “Get out your guns and shoot them down”

Giancola Jr. was scheduled to appear in court on Friday afternoon.
“This cowardly individual made repeated disgusting death threats against ICE law enforcement officers. He is now in federal custody and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
“Our ICE law enforcement officers are now facing an 8,000% increase in death threats against them while they risk their lives every single day to remove the worst of the worst including murderers, rapists, pedophiles, terrorists, and gang members. From bounties placed on their heads for their murders, threats to their families, stalking, and doxxing online, our officers are experiencing an unprecedented level of violence and threats against them and their families. Threaten violence or death to our law enforcement? You’ll end up behind bars like this guy.”
Assaults on ICE officers are up 1,000% this year as illegal aliens and radical leftists become increasingly brazen in their resistance to immigration law enforcement.
