U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) agents apprehended two men who recently attempted to slip into Texas disguised as construction workers.
On Thursday, USBP Chief Michael Banks posted footage of the brazen smuggling operation, which unfolded in El Paso.
In the video, a pair of smugglers can be seen guiding a pair of illegals up a rocky incline near the Paso del Norte Port of Entry.
Several dump trucks and work vehicles drive by as the illegals, both wearing high-visibility vests and hard hats, scramble up the bank and try to blend in with construction traffic.

El Centro Sector agents quickly apprehended the men, who were identified as citizens of Ecuador and Mexico.
“Despite desperate smuggling tactics like these, the reality is that the border is closed,” Chief Banks stated.
“Smugglers are selling false promises and transportation services that only lead to arrest, prosecution, and deportation.”
Illegal border crossings have plunged to historic lows under the Trump administration.
