‘We’re Going to Help Finish Job Gov. Abbott Started’ – Border Czar Homan Praises Texas Efforts at Presser in Eagle Pass

“Governor Abbott has done an amazing job. Illegal immigration in Texas is down 86%… This is a model we can take across the country. We’re going to help Governor Abbott finish the job he started,” incoming Border Czar Tom Homan vowed during a press conference on Tuesday at Forward Operating Base Eagle in Eagle Pass, TX.

Homan revealed he and other prospective officials from the next Trump administration are already coordinating with Texas authorities to secure the southern border and launch a major deportation campaign.

“It’s a shame we have other governors and other mayors who, right out of the gate, said they’re going to push back on President Trump and what we are trying to do, especially for interior enforcement,” Homan said.

“Let me be clear: There IS going to be a mass deportation because we just finished a mass illegal immigration crisis on the border.”

Homan also praised South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, who has been tapped to be Trump’s Secretary of Homeland Security.

“She’s the right person, at the right time, for the right job. She gets it. She has a lot of great ideas of her own,” Homan asserted.

Hours before the press conference, yet another massive group of illegals containing at least 50 trafficked children walked into Eagle Pass, as happens on a daily basis now.

After serving meals to soldiers, Homan and Gov. Abbott departed the base via helicopter.

Border Hawk has been reporting extensively from Eagle Pass and neighboring Piedras Negras, where federal authorities continue to welcome large groups of ‘asylum seekers’ – as Texas soldiers repel illegal border crossers on the ground.
