An illegal alien charged with committing heinous crimes against an underage girl in Florida has a shocking deportation history spanning decades, Border Hawk can exclusively report.
On May 3, Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) deputies responded to a 911 call in Englewood, a quiet beach community on the Gulf of America.
They located a 17-year-old female victim who had suffered injuries during a sexual assault and arrested Melchor Hernandez Alcaraz, 44, at the scene.
Alcaraz confessed to buying the teen alcohol before forcing her to have sexual intercourse with him, CCSO explained in a press release.
He was charged with kidnapping, aggravated sexual battery on a minor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor by providing her alcohol.
Alcaraz, a citizen of Mexico, has illegally entered the U.S. at least five times since 2000 and was issued a final order of removal in 2012, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) informed Border Hawk.
“He entered the United States illegally on multiple occasion and was voluntarily returned to Mexico on three prior occasions in March 2000, July 2005, and April 2009. He was also removed from the United States in November 2012 in Del Rio, Texas,” an ICE spokesperson stated.
“He has recklessly ignored our criminal and immigration laws by returning to the United Sates at an unknown date and location and has pending charges for a serious crime.”
Court documents reviewed by Illegal Alien Crimes indicate the victim is a migrant from Guatemala who moved to the U.S. alone under circumstances that remain unclear.
She told authorities she works at an Italian restaurant and was living with Alcaraz but hoped to move out soon due to his inappropriate behavior towards her.
