ICE Deports Suspected Child Rapist for Fourth Time

A Mexican citizen wanted for child rape has been deported from the U.S. for the fourth time in 23 years.

On Thursday, 58-year-old Nestor Flores Encarnacion was removed to his home country to face charges for disturbing crimes against a minor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced.

Flores was first caught illegally crossing the border in February of 2002 near Roma, TX.

He was apprehended by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) and deported to Mexico the following day.

Flores was busted two more times over the following five days and removed to Mexico each time.

However, the Mexican succeeded in slipping into the U.S. at an unknown date and location, making him one of millions of ‘gotaways’ lurking across the country.

ICE Enforcement and Removals Operations (ERO) Houston received a tip that Flores was living in the area and arrested him at a local residence on Aug. 23, 2024.

“Flores was placed into immigration proceedings and granted a voluntary departure under safeguards by an immigration judge with the Justice Department’s Executive Office for Immigration Review Dec. 19, 2024,” ICE explained in a press release.

ICE deportation officers transported Flores to the Juarez-Lincoln Bridge in Laredo, TX, and transferred him to Mexican authorities.

“This foreign fugitive brazenly entered the U.S. in violation of our nation’s laws on four separate occasions to evade prosecution in Mexico for allegedly raping a child,” ERO Houston Field Office Director Bret A. Bradford stated.

“Dangerous foreign fugitives and criminal aliens who are accused of, or have committed, heinous crimes like sexually assaulting a child will find no safe haven in Southeast Texas.”

Authorities continue to catch dangerous foreign criminals in the U.S.
