King was the founder of the Dustin Inman Society, an organization dedicated to fighting “against illegal immigration and for immigration sanity and official English.”
“The Dustin Inman Society is was founded in 2005 and – at his parent’s request – named in memory of a Georgia youth who lost his life to the crime of illegal immigration,” their website states.

The Dustin Inman Society shared the following statement about King’s passing:

King “had filed a defamation lawsuit against the SPLC for labeling the DIS an ‘anti-immigrant hate group,'” Border Hawk contributor Izzy Lyman reports.
“D.A.’s estate will now be the plaintiff; the fight goes on!”
