WATCH: Tech CEO Knocked Out by Illegal Alien Uber Driver Released Into US by Biden – Report

The CEO of a biotech firm has filed suit against Uber after he was allegedly knocked out by a driver who is illegally present in the U.S. after being released into the country by the Biden regime, according to reports.

The shocking incident unfolded on April 24 in Charleston, SC, but video and details of the attack were just made public.

Brian Kobel, CEO of TC BioPharm, summoned a rideshare vehicle and when the driver arrived, Kobel says he notified him that he was planning to enter with a service canine, which the driver refused.

Kobel says he eventually told the driver to cancel the ride and walked to the rear of the vehicle, but was followed by the driver, who suddenly head-butted and punched Kobel in the face, causing him to collapse and strike his head on the pavement, surveillance video appears to show.

Kobel says he was knocked unconscious and only remembers waking up in a hospital bed.

The driver, identified as 42-year-old Vadim Nikolaevich Uliumdzhiev, left the scene but was arrested on May 8 and charged with second-degree assault and battery.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement took custody of Uliumdzhiev after he posted $10,000 bond and was released by local authorities.

On Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed Uliumdzhiev is a Russian national who illegally crossed the southern border near San Ysidro, CA, before being freed by federal authorities.

Kenneth Berger, who is representing Kobel in a lawsuit against Uber, says his firm quickly discovered Uliumdzhiev was driving with a fake license and wonders why Uber didn’t properly screen the Russian.

Kobel reportedly suffered a concussion, brain damage, and amnesia, and is still struggling to recover from his injuries.

“I wondered, ‘Am I ever going to be the person I was before?’ That’s a very scary thought,” Kobel told the New York Post.

“Uber has to take more accountability for its drivers. They’re opening the door to mayhem.”

Kobel joins a growing list of people who have been victimized by illegal aliens and criminals working for rideshare and food delivery companies.
