Two illegal aliens were apprehended by a federal immigration officer who used a borrowed 4-wheeler to track them down in Maine this week, according to reports.
The bust unfolded on Thursday near Waterboro, a town in York County.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were pursuing two men on foot in the vicinity of Little Ossipee Pond.
The targets briefly evaded before a local resident lent an officer an all-terrain vehicle (ATV), according to Katie Daviscourt of The Post Millennial.
The officer can be seen driving around a residence and drawing his firearm moments after the men ran through the same area.

The men, who both appeared to be wearing sweatshirts advertising “Giant Construction,” apparently surrendered and climbed onto the back of the ATV before the officer whisked them away.
“ICE sources tell The Post Millennial that local residents have been cheering them on (and even assisting), despite the anti-ICE protests in Portland, ME, that have been getting media attention,” Daviscourt reported.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) launched Operation Catch of the Day on Jan. 21.
“Governor Mills and her fellow sanctuary politicians in Maine have made it abundantly clear that they would rather stand with criminal illegal aliens than protect law-abiding American citizens,” stated DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
